Performance Management: Getting it right from the startDuration: 3 hours
Max Participants: 15
Performance Management is one of the hardest skills to acquire and execute as a manager.
If mis-managed, there are risks in retention and employment law (including discrimination, safety and workers compensation) which all need to be understood and addressed.
The good news is that there are strategies which can avoid the need for performance management all together if implemented in a timely and effective manner.
This session will describe and explain these strategies from recruitment right through to the process of performance management if things start to veer off course.
