Precast Panel Dispute (high density residential) – acted for developer client when manufacturing and installation defects were identified. The parties settled during the early stages of the litigation.
SOPA Dispute (high density residential) – successfully acted for the head contractor against the Principal in a dispute relating to construction delays and defects which were caused by the subcontractors that were recommended by the Principal.
Lease Dispute against Large Shopping Centre Group – acted for client that was prevented from selling their business due to the shopping centre group refusing to assign the lease to the purchaser. Prior to our advice, the parties had been in dispute for over 18 months. A lease assignment was negotiated on behalf of the client. The lease was assigned within days after we were engaged.
