Adam is particularly experienced in assisting clients with the management of staff relationships, from a board level downwards.
Along with assisting professional service firms, Adam has a particular interest in assisting Not-For-Profit organisations, helping them maximise the benefits of effective workplace cultures and staff engagement. Having worked in a Not-For Profit organisation for two years, Adam has first hand experience of the challenges they face.

Termination of Principal – advised independent school board directors on termination of employment of the Principal, involving managing competing tensions within the school community.
Construction company – in house appointment to medium sized construction company to assist with management of staff arrangements, independent contracting requirements and dismissals.
Executive termination – successfully advising CEO on risk of restraint of trade and recommended strategy to move to a competitor without legal action commenced by former employer.
