Commercial Landlord – acted for a tenant in a dispute with McDonalds over rental increases. As a result of our pragmatic approach to negotiating with McDonalds, we achieved a settlement close to full value for the tenant.
NSW Property Developer – successfully acted for a developer in the Land and Environment Court to obtain approval for a residential development when the Council and neighbouring residents opposed the application.
Extension of Caveat – acted in the Supreme Court of NSW for a purchaser of a development site against Receivers and Managers to extend the operation of the purchaser’s caveat, obtaining an order for specific performance and costs.
Development Site – acted on the development of a large development site in the Western Sydney region from acquisition to disposal of the lots off the plan all the way through to completion
Banking and Finance – acted for private lenders on the complex structuring of a joint venture arrangement and mortgage syndication for a luxury style residential development in Sydney
