Directors of a company in administration owning substantial small crop lands – in the sale and leaseback of those lands involving high level negotiation with the administrators, first registered mortgagee, caveators and other stakeholders.

Large 36 store retail chain – on its sale to an ASX listed company including negotiation of transaction documents and assignment of store leases across three jurisdictions.
