Chelyn has over 10 years’ experience in practising commercial law, with particular specialist expertise in acting for financiers and intermediaries in the asset finance industry. Her experience in-house gained during the course of a client secondment has afforded her a good understanding of clients’ legal needs from a commercial perspective.
Chelyn also has extensive experience with general commercial matters, including commercial contracts, business succession, shareholders, unitholders, partnership and associateship agreements, and business and share acquisitions.
"My approach to all matters is the same: a thorough consideration of all legal issues; giving high quality legal services; while always considering the client's particular business and commercial needs."
