Christian has experience and expertise to resolve matters early through informal negotiation and mediation, but also, to litigate a matter to conclusion. He also has experience in insolvency including bankruptcy and liquidation.

Queensland business owner – who guaranteed a purchaser’s obligation under a sale of business contract, had proceedings brought against them that alleged liability under the guarantee upon the purchaser’s default. Through proactive intervention the release of the owner’s liability was negotiated.
International supplier of medium and high voltage cables – pursued a claim for professional negligence against a top-tier Brisbane legal firm. Following an extended period of litigation the settlement of the matter was successfully negotiated.
Queensland property developer – successfully defended claims at first instance and on appeal brought by objectors to proposed use of land by the developer; therefore protecting their interest and its development objectives.
