Christina is a Senior Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. She has a broad range of skills including in the areas of corporate and personal insolvency, commercial disputes, building and property litigation, tax disputes and front end commercial and business structuring advisory.
Christina’s strength is in early dispute resolution by assisting her clients settle matters before they get to the litigation phase. She understands the emotional and financial toll of litigation and works to find innovative ways to resolve disputes.

Acting on behalf of liquidators, creditors and directors in connection with voidable transaction claims involving unfair preference payments, insolvent trading and breach of directors’ duties.
Advising external administrators in relation to their duties, powers and enforcing their rights under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
Debt recovery and enforcement – Advising on and implementing effective and cost effective ways to recover debt and assets on behalf of clients.
Conducting commercial litigation in the County, Supreme and Federal Courts and at the VCAT on a variety of matters including: contractual disputes, breach of director’s duties, corporations law matters, building and property disputes and shareholder and director disputes.
ATO disputes – managing and resolving disputes with the ATO on behalf of clients who are under audit and/or subject to debt recovery.
