Danh is often requested to share his practical tax and commercial solutions by presenting for peak industry groups, such as the Australian Dental Industry Association and other accounting and law firms on topics such as resolving disputes with the Australian Taxation Office, mergers and acquisition, payroll tax de-grouping and business protection and succession.

Significant matters

Truck manufacturing company – negotiated the buy-out of a business partner and protected the company to expand out of Queensland to operate in Australia, Hong Kong, China and America.  

Multinational importation businesses – protected the businesses and property portfolio of a high-net asset family to protect $27 million worth of assets in Australia and overseas.  

Asset betterment audit – won a $2.1 million tax objection against the Australian Taxation Office for an owner of nail salons.

Dental practices partnership – negotiated and structured a merger for 5 dental practices.

Aboriginal Corporation – restructured an Aboriginal corporation and its corporate group to expand its activities, whilst conserving its public benevolent institution status for tax purposes.
