James is a Senior Associate in the Wills and Estates team, within Macpherson Kelley’s Private Client group. He has been involved in all aspects of wills and estate’s practice, including a number of significant estate and trust disputes.
James is experienced in estate and trust litigation, complicated will and business succession planning, probate and estate administration and guardianship and administration matters. His particular interest is estate litigation. James appears regularly for clients in the Supreme and County Courts, at VCAT and at mediation and conciliation.
