He assists clients in the day-to-day operations and the strategic direction of their businesses including private health service providers, property developers, food and hospitality businesses, manufacturers and professional service providers.
He also has considerable experience in the Charitable Sector having acted for a variety of not-for-profit organisations including BlueCare, the Uniting Church, The Wesley Hospital, RSL (Queensland Branch) and Spinal Life Australia in relation to corporate governance, membership issues and dispute resolution including alternative dispute resolutions.

Private company – settled a claim for damages for professional negligence arising out of the design of certain aspects of a building.
Professional service provider – defended a claim for damages for negligence against a financial adviser at mediation in connection with MIS advice. Recovered $20m damages from an accountant for breach of retainer/negligence.
Charity – successfully opposed a claim for declarations regarding the invalidity of the nomination of an individual for a board position.
Private company – successfully prosecuted a claim for money owing for work performed under a subcontract against WDS Ltd, which was resolved at mediation.
Private company – acted in the sale of day hospital business and the acquisition of medical practices.
Private company – recovered compensation pursuant to the provisions of the Disaster Management Act 2003 for damage to premises that occurred during 2011 floods.
Private company – set aside direction issued to developer to rectify faulty building work in multi-storey residential tower.
Private company – negotiated settlement of claim under insurance policy (excluding flood cover) arising out of damage to property during 2013 Bundaberg storms.
