Acted for a manufacturer bringing an application to terminate an enterprise agreement as opposed by a significant Union. The termination of the enterprise agreement allowed the business to effectively operate and re-establish itself within its market.
Advised a multi-national construction company during a complex restructure in relation to transfer of business and redundancy implications and technical compliance with legislative instruments. The process occurred smoothly with no liability arising from the business’ employees or the relevant unions.
Acted for a senior executive regarding a high profile and complex executive separation involving discrimination claims. The separation occurred effectively ensuring compliance with retirement benefits caps and a great outcome for the client.
