  • Successful appeal for development in a heritage conservation area

    Alyce successfully acted for a client in relation to an appeal to the Court in respect of a development application for demolition of a dwelling house located in a heritage conservation area. The subject dwellingwas also nominated as a contributory item of heritage under the relevant Council’s Development Control Plan.

  • Defending criminal proceedings in Land and Environment Court

    Alyce acted for a defendant in relation to the first class 5 criminal proceedings commenced by a private prosecutor in the Land and Environment Court for alleged offences under the Protection of the Operations Act 1997.
