When a foreign company client was closing its local operations, Christina assisted with the entire redundancy process for its Australian employees. She advised on the potential risks, prepared all the necessary documentation, undertook individual meetings with affected employees and helped with the settlement discussions and negotiations. A manufacturing client experiencing significant and rapid growth needed to overhaul its employment documentation so it could hire extra staff.
