Macpherson Kelley is thrilled to announce that Jac Phillips has joined the firm’s advisory Board as its Non-Executive Director as of 1 August 2022.

Jac is an Executive Coach, an experienced creative and commercial marketer, and a champion for leadership, diversity, change management and good governance. Most recently, Jac led the Marketing function for Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific at Visa Inc. and prior to this, she led teams at Bank of Melbourne, ANZ Bank and IBM.

With more than 15 years’ experience at the Board level, Jac currently serves on The Food Revolution Group board (ASX: FOD) and with previous roles on the boards of Good Cycles, The Skin & Cancer Foundation Inc. and Fitted for Work.

Jac says she is delighted to have been appointed to the Macpherson Kelley Board, where at a governance level, she will support the exciting vision, future growth and direction of the firm.

“I was particularly drawn to the people and culture focus at Macpherson Kelley. The strength of the brand reverberates through the firm’s commitment to client service and its internal values. I look forward to working with the team to unlock Macpherson Kelley’s future potential,” said Jac Phillips.

Damian Paul, Chairman of the Board, noted that Jac’s unique expertise in brand and marketing will lend a fresh perspective to the Board, whose current members all share backgrounds in professional services.

“Having a diversity of skill set and background on our Board just makes good business sense,” said Damian Paul.

“I’m confident Jac’s contribution will help continue to forge our firm as go to for medium and large organisations.”
