Vicky’s extensive litigation and dispute resolution experience has seen her act for ASX listed companies, large corporations, medium and small businesses. Her depth of knowledge is complimented by being admitted in both the UK and Australia.
Vicky has expertise in negligence claims (including professional negligence), issues arising under the Corporations Act and Australia Consumer Law (with a focus on financial services breaches), breach of contract, and insolvency.
Vicky also has extensive experience in media law providing pre-publication advice to high profile media organisations such as News Limited, Fairfax Radio and Channel 9.
