about Brigid

Brigid has a unique ability to mould to her environment and understand the commercial motivations behind her clients’ needs. Her agility is her strong suit, having worked for ASX 200 companies and clients within both private and public sectors on a full spectrum of employment, industrial relations and work health and safety (WHS) matters.

Brigid is known for her practical and approachable style. Brigid has extensive experience working with clients from a range of industries including technology, healthcare, telecommunications, professional services, retail and construction industries. As a former criminal lawyer and then a prosecutor for SafeWork NSW, Brigid has a deep understanding of WHS law, including advising on compliance and risk mitigation strategies, as well as dealing with regulatory investigations and prosecutions.

She also has extensive experience in employment disputes and provides practical and commercial advice to her clients. She regularly advises clients on all aspects of the employment relationship, including conducting and advising on complex workplace compliance issues and workplace investigations, managing ill and injured workers, as well as advising on termination of employment, discrimination, bullying and harassment issues.
