Brigid is known for her practical and approachable style. Brigid has extensive experience working with clients from a range of industries including technology, healthcare, telecommunications, professional services, retail and construction industries. As a former criminal lawyer and then a prosecutor for SafeWork NSW, Brigid has a deep understanding of WHS law, including advising on compliance and risk mitigation strategies, as well as dealing with regulatory investigations and prosecutions.
Brigid also has extensive experience in employment disputes and provides practical and commercial advice to her clients. She regularly advises clients on all aspects of the employment relationship, including conducting and advising on complex workplace compliance issues and workplace investigations, managing ill and injured workers, as well as advising on termination of employment, discrimination, bullying and harassment issues.
