Mostly representing employers, Caitlyn prides herself on being responsive and approachable and knows that when running a business, time is limited and prompt, efficient advice is key.

Having worked in boutique and national firms, Caitlyn’s range of experience across industrial relations, employment, and safety spans both the public and private sectors. Caitlyn works with clients in a range of industries including construction, transport, government, health and mining and resources & mining.

Whether it’s a Fair Work Commission unfair dismissal or adverse case, drafting employment contracts or advising on employee disciplinary action, Caitlyn loves a challenge and guiding clients through the complex industrial relations systems.
