Macpherson Kelley has boosted its national Property and Construction team with three new appointments across its offices.
Sebastian Renato has returned to Macpherson Kelley as a Principal Lawyer after a number of years at Herbert Smith Freehills. Sebastian will lead the Property and Construction team in Victoria, where he will focus on commercial real estate and property development.
“It’s an exciting time to be returning to Macpherson Kelley following its recent rebrand and commitment to standing out from the legal crowd,” he said.
“I’m looking forward to delivering on the firm’s promise to clients – law fit for business.”
Iresha Herath has also rejoined Macpherson Kelley as a Special Counsel. Iresha began her legal career at Macpherson Kelley 20 years ago as an Article Clerk. She has worked in Property and Construction at firms including King Wood Mallesons as a Senior Associate, before working as General Counsel for a large Victorian public health service and transport safety body.
Macpherson Kelley has also brought on board Lawyer Mitchell Passlow, who has significant experience working in the retail and commercial property space, as well as with some of Australia’s leading fast food franchises.

Sebastian will be based in Macpherson Kelley’s Dandenong office, while Iresha will be in Melbourne and Mitchell in Sydney.
