In April 2020, the Full Court of the Federal Court handed down its judgement regarding ownership of the iconic yellow-lidded peanut butter packaging in the Kraft Foods Group Brands LLC v Bega Cheese Ltd case.   • operate through multiple companies, such as a foreign parent and a local subsidiary, or through separate asset holdings and trading companies;
  • license the use of their brands;
  • wish to change ownership of individual product lines, whether in an internal restructure or by selling off particular product lines.
