Macpherson Kelley is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim O’Reilly as a new Principal Lawyer. Kim will be joining the Commercial team in Sydney, effective 5th August.
In joining the firm—Kim brings with her over two decades of experience, delivering successful outcomes for financial institutions, investment banks, and large-scale corporations. Her breadth of expertise spans corporate and commercial law, including business structuring, mergers and acquisitions (both in listed environments and privately), joint ventures, and IPOs.
“I’m passionate about helping businesses navigate corporate and commercial law, whether it’s structuring a start-up, managing M&A transactions through a business’ growth or divestment phases or aiding with a capital raising or public offering. My aim is set on achieving the best outcomes for my clients.” says Kim.
Kim has considerable experience across various sectors, including financial services, biotech, energy and resources, and transport technology.
