Macpherson Kelley appoints two new Special Counsels
Macpherson Kelley is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Pallavicini as Special Counsel for the Property and Construction team in Sydney and Michael Sheehan as Special Counsel for the Construction, Infrastructure and Energy team in Brisbane.
Both appointments bolster the firm’s legal talent, servicing construction and property sectors that have undergone significant and rapid growth.

Stephen is a revered Commercial Property lawyer with experience both in private practice and as a Senior Legal Counsel in-house in two ASX 200 listed companies. He has acted for a number of notable brands such as Coles, David Jones, Zara, H&M, and in-house for Woolworths and Stockland for a collective 18 years.
Listed previously as one of Australia’s leading In-House Property and Real Estate Lawyers in Doyles Guide, Stephen is also an Accredited Specialist in Property Law.
Stephen joins Macpherson Kelley from Eakin McCaffery Cox where he was a Partner.
Michael has acted on a wide range of legal issues affecting construction, engineering and infrastructure, having previously worked as Senior Legal Counsel with Alstom (formerly Bombardier) and as a Senior Associate at Mills Oakley.
Michael has acted for clients in relation to a number of significant infrastructure projects in Queensland including the Queensland Children’s Hospital, Gold Coast Light Rail, UQ Oral Health Project and Coal Seam Gas infrastructure.
