Macpherson Kelley bolsters Work Health and Safety team
Macpherson Kelley has doubled down on expanding its Health and Safety service offering with the recent hire of reputable and experienced lawyers.
Special Counsel Alan Girle and Lawyer Eric Halden have started with the firm under the leadership of Principal Lawyer, John-Anthony Hodgens.
Alan Girle is a recognised expert in Work Health and Safety law with over 25 years’ experience. Alan has been recognised for four consecutive years in Doyle’s Guide as a “Leading Workplace Health & Safety Lawyer” and similarly recognised in Best Lawyers for “Occupational Health and Safety Law”.
Eric Halden rounds out the team bringing a unique skill set to Work Health and Safety offences with over a decade of practical legal experience and having attained a Specialist Accreditation in Criminal Law from the Queensland Law Society.
