Macpherson Kelley joins international privacy organisation PrivacyRules
Macpherson Kelley has partnered with international privacy advice organisation PrivacyRules, giving clients access to privacy, data protection and cybersecurity expertise from around the world.
Macpherson Kelley is the only Australian law firm member of PrivacyRules.
“Online privacy and cybersecurity are some of the biggest issues affecting businesses around the world,” Macpherson Kelley Legal Practice Principal Paul Kirton said.

Governments are responding to online threats and introducing laws to protect consumers and business.
In Australia data breach reporting laws have come into effect while in Europe the GDPR rules are now in force.
