Macpherson Kelley is pleased to announce the appointment of Vincent Tripodina as a Principal Lawyer within the firm’s Sydney Property team.

Vincent is a highly experienced commercial property lawyer with almost two decades of experience advising clients across acquisitions and disposals, development projects, leasing, capital transactions and joint ventures. He has particular expertise in healthcare and medical property, while also advising clients across the development, infrastructure and government sectors.

His arrival bolsters Macpherson Kelley’s Property capability in Sydney and reflects the firm’s continued investment in senior legal talent across key practice areas.

Throughout his career, Vincent has advised on transactions of significant scale and complexity, including an approximately $100 million acquisition of adjoining commercial buildings and the management of a national leasing and licensing portfolio spanning more than 50 healthcare sites. He also brings valuable in-house and government experience, having undertaken secondments with NSW Police and Transport for NSW.

National Managing Principal Grant Guenther said Vincent’s addition reflects Macpherson Kelley’s commitment to building depth across its core commercial capabilities.

“Property is a critical part of our clients’ business activities, from acquisition and development through to leasing, investment and growth,” Grant said.

“Vincent brings a unique combination of technical expertise and commercial insight. His experience advising on significant transactions and complex development projects further strengthens our ability to deliver practical, commercially focused advice to clients.”

Sydney Managing Principal Lawyer Jeffrey Siddle added that Vincent’s appointment supports the continued growth of the firm’s Property team.

“Vincent’s addition to the team reflects the continued momentum of our Sydney office and the quality of talent we are attracting to the firm,” Jeffrey said.

“His experience leading property teams, managing large-scale portfolios and advising on significant development projects will be a tremendous asset to our clients and our broader Property team.”
