Macpherson Kelley’s list of 13 new promotions is testament to our investment in our people, recognising those who have made a big contribution to both the firm and our clients.

Executive Chairman, Damian Paul states “All of our recently promoted staff members display technical excellence and great client service as well as outstanding personal performance. We are excited to watch their continued growth as they lead the business into the future.”

“Macpherson Kelley has always placed huge importance on career development and providing opportunities and mentoring to our lawyers. It is pleasing to see this focus continue to pay off with another crop of high achieving lawyers reaching promotion.”

Principal Lawyers

Macpherson Kelley is thrilled to announce the rise of five new stars to Principal Lawyer, including:

Robert Glavas, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, VIC
Robbie has an incredible ability to connect and build trust with his clients, which is not always easy as a litigator. He has quickly made his mark as an exceptional litigator with strong technical skills and commercial judgement which is greatly appreciated by his clients when guiding them through complex and toughly contested litigation.

Prue Greenfield, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, VIC
Prue is Macpherson Kelley’s go to person for all franchising disputes. She is well known for her commerciality and understanding of clients’ needs and her tough approach to litigation. An advocate and successful example of the firms flexible working policy, she continues to be a dynamic and inspiring leader of the firm.

Brendan Herbert, Private Clients – Family Law, VIC
Brendan is a technically strong family lawyer whose passion for the area drives excellent results for his clients. With recent retirements within the Private Clients team, he has stepped up and continued to grow the practice. We look forward to seeing what he can do in the next year.

Nathanael Kitingan, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, VIC
Nathanael’s energy drive and commitment to success is what sets him apart as an insolvency lawyer. He is always pushing boundaries to achieve the best commercial outcome for clients. His passion for the legal and insolvency industries is reflected by the numerous external bodies he participates in, including ARITA, WIRV, LIV and the Malaysian Business Council.

All five are stars within their own right and we can’t wait for them to step into their new leadership roles with the same dedication and positivity already displayed.
