Lead and managed complex Supreme Court litigation for a publically listed junior mining and energy development company in relation to the recovery of misappropriated funds.
Undertook and lead a comprehensive investigation into allegations of misconduct, fraud, sexual harassment and bullying for a confidential private school. Subsequently, advised on the implementation of appropriate counter measures and compliance requirements for the Board.
Successfully negotiated an enforceable undertaking for a private construction company with WHSQ, in connection with a serious workplace incident.
Provided advice and representation to a confidential local government council for approval of an Enterprise Agreement in the FWC.
Successfully represented the subsidiary of a foreign owned, publicly listed company in relation to a Worker’s Compensation Appeal in the QIRC, resulting in a significant reduction of insurance premiums.
Represented and advised a confidential executive in relation to a WHS investigation concerning a multiple fatality incident, resulting in a decision by the Regulator not to prosecute
