Luke advises and represents clients across most sectors on employment and industrial relations matters.
He has particular expertise dealing with employment issues and disputes at the executive level, and advising on restructuring, complex transmission of business issues and redundancy processes.
Luke also provides practical training to clients and assists in resolving conflict at the workplace level. When needed, he has extensive experience representing clients in the Fair Work Commission and in the courts.
