She recognises the complex relationships between significant assets and family and applies her legal experience to ensure they are secure for the future.

Nicole understands the sensitivities involved succession and estate planning and brings a professional approach to ensuring the wishes of clients are respected and delivered.

I often observe that the grieving process never really commences until a person's Estate is finally wound up or conflicts resolved. Being prepared means less stress and cost for families, and also gives them the closure they need to grieve and move on, allowing them to preserve and focus on the happy memories.

Significant matters

Restructure of Assets- Assisted client with terminal diagnosis to restructure assets in such a way that saved them from being subject to a claim for further provision by estranged son.  Documented interdependency agreement to ensure adult child deemed dependent and achieve significant tax savings.

Large Construction Business – assisted with the administration of an Estate and provided practical assistance when a key-person died unexpectedly.
