Litigation and Dispute Resolution
The lawyers in Macpherson Kelley’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team have many years’ experience in providing strategic guidance to clients trying to resolve disputes or engaged in formal litigation. We always aim to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and we measure our own success by the successes we help our clients achieve.
We understand the risks and disruption that disputes can cause in your business, so we work with you in developing strategies designed to achieve your best possible outcome, allowing you to focus your time and energy on your core business goals. If disputes are not able to be resolved by negotiation or with the assistance of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation, we are confident engaging in formal litigation.
Our broad experience in litigation in all relevant Australian jurisdictions means we are well placed to take advantage of the formal court processes on your behalf, if and when necessary. We will guide you through the litigation process and will remain committed to obtaining the best commercial outcome for you.
