Belinda is a corporate and commercial lawyer known for her responsive, solutions‑focused approach to client service and her significant experience across mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and capital markets.
Belinda’s M&A experience includes managing and delivering multi‑stream due diligence processes, drafting and negotiating share, asset and unit sale agreements, and preparing bespoke transaction documents for investor roll‑ups, exit arrangements and restructures. She has worked in several cross border transactions, assisting foreign registered entities from the UK, Germany, Singapore, Japan, Korea and New Zealand acquire or divest of Australian businesses.
Belinda is valued for her steady judgment, technical capability and collaborative style, helping clients navigate complex regulatory and transactional environments with clarity and confidence.
Belinda also has deep expertise in corporate governance, regularly advising boards, company secretaries and general counsel on ASIC and ASX compliance, company record‑keeping, capital reductions and buy‑backs, share splits and changes to company type.
Her capital markets experience includes several IPOs, and equity raises for Australian and foreign registered entities in the insurance, consumer goods, biotech, mining and technology sector.

Belinda acted as a core member of the deal team advising KSB Sustainable Investments on the acquisition of Master Instruments, a family-owned Australian battery engineering and distribution business. KSB Sustainable Investments (KSB) is a joint venture between Kilara Capital and Salter Brothers. The transaction, valued at approximately $35 million, establishes a long‑term partnership between KSB and Master Instruments under a newly formed parent entity.
Belinda acted as part of the core cross-border team undertaking a consent solicitation process to amend the terms and conditions of the client’s SGX-listed and concurrent incentivised conversion invitation. This resulted in a significant reduction of the client’s corporate debt by approximately A$192.2 million. She also supported the team on a related equity placement that successfully raised about A$24.7 million in additional capital.
Belinda acted as a core member of the transaction team assisting the client with its listing on the ASX, an IPO process that raised A$30 million.
