recent experience

  • Approval of large residential development in Leppington

    Christina successfully acted for a large developer in the South West Sydney region in relation to an appeal to the Land and Environment Court in respect of Council’s actual refusal of a development application for the construction of a residential development comprising four buildings with 100 units. The development was located on a complex corner site with a cross fall of almost 6 metres across the site. Christina worked closely with a large team of consultants to achieve an approval for the development.

  • Successful appeal for child care centre in Minto

    Christina acted for a client who had no prior experience with the Land and Environment Court. Throughout the entire Court process, Christina provided clear guidance and support to the client. Christina successfully negotiated with Council for an approval of a two storey child care centre for 96 children in Minto within 6 months of commencing the proceedings.
