about Danny

Danny qualified as a lawyer in England and Wales in 2013 and was admitted to practice in Victoria in 2021. He is valued for his calm and methodical approach to contentious matters regardless of their complexity. He is an experienced litigator known for his tenacity, client care and careful formulation of strategies after understanding the client’s objectives.

He is a keen advocate for mediation and for resolving disputes where possible.

Danny regularly advises clients in a wide variety of areas including detailed cross-border fraud and asset recovery work, insolvency disputes, contractual claims, property disputes, negligence, shareholder oppression claims and director disputes.

Danny joined the litigation team at Macpherson Kelley in December 2025 and enjoys being part of the fast paced and collegiate environment.

“Litigation is a time consuming and often unwanted distraction for clients. It is important to consider that principle whilst building strategies and tactics to achieve the client’s objectives”.
