David oversees all aspects of working at Macpherson Kelley, including recruitment, retention and our in-house learning and development programs which support the career progression of our staff.
David is also involved in how our clients interact with the firm and how the firm presents itself. He led Macpherson Kelley’s well-received rebranding which included the development of a series of new brand pillars and promise to clients – law fit for business.
David credits the people at Macpherson Kelley for making the firm an engaging place to work and attractive to clients. He notes Macpherson Kelley’s lawyers strive to develop lasting relationships with clients. It’s something that sets Macpherson Kelley apart from a lot of law firms.
