Acquisition advice for multinational
Advised a multinational purchaser in a significant acquisition of a network of NATA accredited geotechnical testing companies, each requiring tailored SPAs. Declan coordinated extensive due diligence on the vendors to identify key risks, and worked with the client throughout the negotiation and completion of the transaction.

Buy back of telecommunication licences
Declan advised a number of licensees across Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania on the sale of their license to a national telecom provider as part of a national buy back of licenses. He liaised closely with licensees and advised on completion, PPSR and leasing matters.
