about Jereome

Jeroeme Keating commenced his specialisation in Commercial Litigation in 2018, after acquiring a unique depth of knowledge through his experience in government advisory. Jereome’s early work for the Office of Public Prosecutions, Supreme Court of Victoria, Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions, and Victoria Police provided him with a useful insight into the intersections between public and private operators.

Jereome has a refined ability to review large amounts of material and identify the key legal points in an efficient manner. His experience dealing with government advisory, environment and public health enforcement, complex contractual & development disputes, compulsory acquisition and shareholder/partnership disputes has led to numerous successful client outcomes.

More specifically, Jereome’s practice in the government advisory and property development industries has earnt him a reputation for strategic and practical advice. Jereome is an integral part of the Local Government and Prosecution team at Macpherson Kelley and ardently believes that providing genuine advice is key to navigating disputes and commercial litigation. In all things client service – it’s about keeping things clear and consistent.
