Kateleen’s experience spans both private practice and government roles, including advising senior stakeholders at South Australia Police and assisting in complex commercial transactions. This diverse background equips her with a comprehensive understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance, enabling her to deliver commercially sensible solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Within the Commercial and Property space, Kateleen advises on a broad range of matters, including preparing and reviewing lease agreements, business and share sale documentation, and various deeds. She also assists clients with compliance and governance issues, particularly in the Health, Aged Care, and Retirement Village sectors. Her experience across these industries allows her to guide clients through every stage of their business or property dealings with confidence and clarity.

Kateleen holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide and was admitted to practice in 2023.
