With extensive experience advising corporate and private clients, Lachie Beeston is a transactional lawyer at heart. Lachie’s work spans across all facets of the property development life-cycle, including acquisition and disposals of residential, commercial and industrial sites, subdivisions, Complex Duties Act compliance submissions, acting for landlords and tenants and Councils in all aspects of leasing, and owners corporation matters.

He takes a holistic approach to working with clients, taking time to understand their business needs, identifying any gaps in their property objectives and working with other stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome.
