Whether she is working on a large shopping centre or commercial site acquisition, assisting her clients to manage a portfolio of leased assets or drafting a suite of transaction documents for a development site, Melanie’s ability to quickly drill down and get to know her client’s business and the key aspects of the project at hand helps her achieve great results.

Having worked on major projects across various industries including residential, commercial, retail, manufacturing, industrial waste management, Melanie is superbly positioned to offer both practical and strategic solutions for her clients.

Melanie is currently a member of the Queensland Law Society Property and Development Law Committee.
