Natalie is passionate about client service, applying a commercial mindset to Family Law and protecting the valuable assets of her clients during what can be an emotional time. When things escalate, Natalie is committed to taking the pressure off her clients so they can focus on what is important to them.
“Clients deserve a family lawyer that looks at each matter with objectivity but treats each person with the dignity they deserve. If I can bring some humanity to the process of family law – I’m doing something right.”
Natalie acted for a client in a family law case involving a number of residential and commercial properties and complex trust structures. Together with Counsel’s assistance, a settlement was reached providing our client with a favourable outcome and security for the future.
Natalie acted for a businessman who wished to retain his business through his family law settlement which was a significant asset of the parties’ relationship, and significant time with his children. Through careful structuring of his family law settlement, a settlement was reached which provided the client with financial security he desired, and enabled the client to retain his business independent of his ex-partner, together with substantial and significant time with his children.
Natalie acted for a client who had experienced very substantial family violence. The client was in fear for their life, and through carefully planned Court proceedings and negotiations, a settlement was reached which provided the client with financial security for them and their children.
