Natalie acted for a client in a family law case involving a number of residential and commercial properties and complex trust structures. Together with Counsel’s assistance, a settlement was reached providing our client with a favourable outcome and security for the future.

  • retention of family business

Natalie acted for a businessman who wished to retain his business through his family law settlement which was a significant asset of the parties’ relationship, and significant time with his children. Through careful structuring of his family law settlement, a settlement was reached which provided the client with financial security he desired, and enabled the client to retain his business independent of his ex-partner, together with substantial and significant time with his children.

  • family violence and children’s matters

Natalie acted for a client who had experienced very substantial family violence. The client was in fear for their life, and through carefully planned Court proceedings and negotiations, a settlement was reached which provided the client with financial security for them and their children.
