Victor is a commercial lawyer with experience advising on intellectual property, technology, and regulatory matters. He regularly advises clients on the development, protection and commercialisation of intellectual property, including managing trade mark portfolios and coordinating multi-jurisdictional filings.

In addition to his IP practice, Victor has substantive experience on a broad range of commercial and technology agreements, including licensing, SaaS, and master service agreements, as well as data privacy and AI governance.

Victor’s regulatory experience extends to advising on product compliance and the Australian Consumer Law.
