Vincent advises across a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, capital transactions, development projects, joint ventures and option arrangements. He has particular expertise in healthcare and medical property and has acted on matters of national significance involving major healthcare providers, government entities, institutional clients and large-scale development projects. Throughout his career, he has built and led property teams and advised on complex transactions spanning the private and public sectors.

Acted for a leading aged care and healthcare provider on the acquisition and redevelopment of aged care and healthcare sites across New South Wales and Queensland, including the structuring and negotiation of major property joint ventures.
Advised a national professional services firm on the development and leasing of its flagship offices in Sydney’s CBD.
Completed the acquisition of adjoining commercial buildings valued at approximately $100 million in metropolitan Sydney, structured through option agreements and associated commercial and retail leasing arrangements.
