Private Clients Senior Associate Kate Ettershank spoke with Boardroom Media of the merging of the Family Court and the Federal Circuit Court, starting from 1 January 2019.
Although the streamlining of these two courts was definitely needed, Ms Ettershank said “only time will tell if this new court will deliver on its promises.”
