Victor Borzillo joins Macpherson Kelley as new Principal and National Head of Construction, Infrastructure and Energy

Macpherson Kelley is delighted to announce the appointment of Victor Borzillo as Principal Lawyer and National Head of Construction, Infrastructure and Energy.
Victor’s extensive experience in delivering a broad range of high profile, top tier projects, from both a project management and legal services perspective, is a skillset not commonly encountered in private practice lawyers. Victor’s appointment brings a wealth of practical major projects experience to the firm, enhancing its capability to support clients’ local, national and international project delivery needs, from inception and planning, through to procurement and delivery and where required, dispute resolution.
In addition to having completed an AIM Certificate IV in Project Management, Victor has also attained an LLB and an LLM (Majoring in Alternative Dispute Resolution) and is regularly engaged to provide critical strategic advice to national and international project leaders and executive teams.
Further to his expertise in the delivery and dispute resolution of major construction, infrastructure and energy projects, Victor provides similar services to specialist defence and commercial manufacturers and service providers in relation to the construction, maintenance and development of various aviation and marine vehicles.
As Macpherson Kelley continues its planned expansion and growth, National Managing Principal Lawyer, Grant Guenther, confirmed that:
