supporting charities and organisations in our communities

The Macpherson Kelley Foundation provides a meaningful and effective way for our firm to engage with and assist causes we are passionate about.

Since being established in 2016, the firm has supported a wide range of charities helping disadvantaged children and communities in Australia and overseas, as well as animal welfare projects.

The organisations we assist have all been chosen by our staff. Our payroll giving program allows our employees to contribute through payroll giving on a monthly basis, one of contributions or through special appeals and events. Our payroll giving participation rate is approximately 59%.

Corporate Giving  

The contributions of our employees through our award-winning Payroll Giving Program and firm matching initiative have seen an ongoing commitment towards charitable contributions to community organisations and the people they support.

Macpherson Kelley is proud to be recognised for these achievements, having collected a Silver award in 2022 for The Best Workplace Giving Program, and the highly commended award in 2023 in the Best Payroll Giving program by Workplace Giving Australia.

We are proud to be approaching a milestone of almost a half a million dollars of philanthropic contributions to community organisations since 2016.

Volunteering

Our corporate volunteering policy offers employees a full day of paid volunteer leave per annum. Through this program, our firm has participated in blood drives and other community programs that foster a positive and impactful environment in which our employees can give back to the communities in which we live and work.
