Macpherson Kelley’s Sydney office relocates to Grosvenor Place
Macpherson Kelley is pleased to announce the relocation of its Sydney office to a new state-of-the-art facility in Grosvenor Place, George Street. The new space offers innovative features for staff and clients and reflects the firm’s commitment to the growth and development of its people.
The initiative follows a similar premises move in Brisbane, with COO David Ward describing the project as a collaboration between staff, the leadership team and Cachet Group who oversaw the design and build.
“We wanted to ensure the needs of our people were met, so we conducted comprehensive workshops and surveys to gather insight on what was most important to them in our new office. The result is a modern and vibrant workspace that fosters productivity and well-being,” said David Ward.
The office provides quiet rooms for focused work, shared spaces for enhanced collaboration and modern front-of-house facilities for hosting clients and functions. Sydney Managing Principal Jeffrey Siddle says he’s thrilled about the firm’s transition to a hybrid office layout.
“The personalised workspace, coupled with breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour will undoubtedly inspire our teams to continue to achieve the best outcomes for our clients,” said Jeffrey Siddle.
The new location also supports the firm’s wider commitment to reducing its environmental footprint. Grosvenor Place offers numerous advantages in waste reduction and energy conservation, with impressive sustainability ratings, including a 6.0 star NABERS Waste Rating, a 5.0 star NABERS Energy Rating (6.0 star with greenpower) and a 4.0 star NABERS Water Rating.
“Grosvenor Place has ticked lots of boxes for us – nice floorplan that makes everyone feel together, great amenities in the building, convenient location with plenty of hospitality options to entertain in our new CBD precinct and we were really keen on the building’s eco-friendly features, which tie in seamlessly with our commitment to ESG initiatives,” said COO David Ward.
Macpherson Kelley’s Sydney office is now fully operational at its new address in Grosvenor Place, George Street. The firm looks forward to sharing the bold new space with its clients and partners.
