Esteban is highly regarded amongst clients and colleagues for his ability to think on his feet when the going gets tough – acting as his clients’ greatest advocate when navigating through every step of the transaction lifecycle. Whether he is working on a business sale, purchase or capital raising transaction, Esteban gets the job done.
Esteban works with medium and large private organisations in unregulated M&A, as well as regulated transactions and capital raising for scalable and mature businesses. Esteban’s experience spans a wide range of industries, including but not limited to software and technology, education, insurance, manufacturing, hospitality and consumer goods.
