Tim Puget was drawn to the challenge and fast pace of commercial litigation early on in his legal career.

Utilising his strong technical skills, expertise in advocacy and specialised knowledge in insolvency, Tim fights hard to achieve the best results for his clients in disputes that are often complex, large and challenging.

Tim regularly advises both private and corporate clients and insolvency practitioners in corporate and personal insolvency matters and has acted in litigious commercial disputes in a variety of fields, including debt recovery, franchising and contractual disputes.
