Vicky thrives on the challenge to find a strategic angle that will give her client the best possible outcome and avoid protracted and expensive litigation. She has a broad commercial dispute and resolution practice including negligence claims, director and shareholders disputes, issues arising under the Corporations Act and claims relating to the Australia Consumer Law particularly in the financial services and travel industries. Vicky also has extensive experience in media law, providing advice to both plaintiffs and defendants in relation to defamation matters.
